Planting: Plant seeds ½ inch deep.

For Ground Plot Planting: Plant seeds 10” apart in rows spaced 36” apart. Seed pack will cover a 60’ row.

For Raised Bed Planting: Plant seeds 15-18” apart. Packet will cover 110 sq. ft.

Black Cherry Tomato and Corn Salad with Fresh Herbs
3 ears of corn, shucked and cleaned of silk
1 pint black cherry tomatoes cut in half
½ bunch cilantro, chopped
3 green onions, chopped (optional)
Zest and juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: Cut kernels off of corn cob. Hold corn cob upright with flat end in a bowl and cut straight down with knife. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
