We did the trail in reverse and hiked in along white rocks, checked out the falls and made camp near the third peak on white rocks trail. Gravel road had made my legs a little stronger as it provides slightly more resistance than a paved trail. That crossing did require me to change out of my boots into water shoes since it had rained all night and the rocks for hopping were too wet to step on.
