Chris, the leasing manager, was extremely helpful with all of our questions despite being unable to physically see the building (we moved from out of the area). We will contact about your AC unit as requested in your resident survey by next week. I am out of ideas. Shoppers will appreciate The Ludlow Apartments proximity to Fashion District Philadelphia, Strip Center at 117 S 13th St, and Strip Center at 102-106 S 13th St. We are lucky to have Chris on our team. Also, one leasing agent told me that he was overworked and this is why responses were so slow.
